How long will it take to get my order?

After purchasing your package, your item needs to be sent in the mail within 72 hours. Failing to do so will result in a cancelled order and only a 50% refund. Once we receive the items in the mail, depending on the size of the order, it can take 1-2 weeks to bedazzle everything. Once all items are completed, they will be shipped back to you. If the order is a single item, it will take closer to 1 week. If there are 6+ items in the order, it could take up to 2 weeks to complete them all.

What if I need a specific design?

If your dance studio, coach, teacher, whoever is requiring a specific design to match other costumes. Please contact me immediately after purchase and I can accommodate. I will need the specific design sent to me.

Can I approve the design before completion?

Yes! If necessary, I will send out the planned designed for your approval. If I do not hear back within 72 hours, I will proceed with the design without approval.

What is a gross of rhinestones?

1 gross of rhinestones = 144 stones. So, if you are wanting the extravagant design, that will be roughly 720-864 rhinestones on your entire costume.

What rhinestones are used?

At Stone to Death, we use the best of the best rhinestones by Wholesale Rhinestones. Unless you are providing your own stones, these will be the stones used.

What is the return and/or refund policy?

There will be zero returns accepted. Once an item is bedazzled and sent back there will be no returns or refunds whatsoever. However, if you have not sent in your garment yet and would like to cancel, you will get a full refund if cancelled within the 72 hours from purchase. If outside of 72 hours, you will only get a 50% refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order up until you send it in to us.

What mailing provider is used?

We only use UPS, you will receive a UPS mailing label to ship your item(s) to us.

How do I mail the item(s) to you?

Once you purchase your desired package, you will receive an email with a mailing label. Within 72 hours you will take your item(s) to the closest UPS, put them in a package slip or box with the provided mailing label attached.

How do I know what the completed design will look like?

You can check out our social media for completed costumes and designs. Unless specified otherwise, the design is 100% up to the designer (me). If you are wanting an idea of what is planned for the design, you are welcome to email me and ask.
